摘要:

为评价分离装置结构或参数优化对级联经济性的影响,提出以单台分离装置年纯利为经济性判据,并以此为评判标准,以级联分离SiF4获取28Si、29Si同位素为例,对分离装置的结构优化进行了经济性分析。计算并对比了结构优化前后的单台分离装置年纯利。结果表明,分离装置结构优化后,单台分离装置年纯利增加了12.3%。优化分离装置的结构能够较大幅度地提高级联分离稳定同位素的经济性。

Abstract:

An economic criterion called as yearly net profit of single separating unit (YNPSSU) was presented to evaluate the influence of structure optimization on the economy. Using YNPSSU as a criterion, economic analysis was carried out for the structure optimization of separating unit in the case of separating SiF4 to obtain the 28Si and 29Si isotope. YNPSSU was calculated and compared with that before optimization. The results showed that YNPSSU was increased by 12.3% by the structure optimization. Therefore, the structure optimization could increase the economy of the stable isotope separation effectively.
