自制美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C的表征

摘要: 采用新的方法,以甲醇-13C为原料直接合成了美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C,并对其进行了HPLC、LC-MS和1HMNR等分析。结果表明,所合成的样品是目标产品,产率为70.0%,13C丰度为99%,纯度为99.8%。与经典的合成方法比较,本方法具有较好的经济效益。使用本方法自制的美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C进行小鼠13C-呼吸试验,结果表明,美沙西汀-甲氧基-13C可以在小鼠活体状态下正确评估其损伤和恢复情况。

Abstract: Methacetin-methoxy-13C was synthesized by using methanol-13C with a novel method, and the characterization of it was performed using HPLC, LC-MS and 1HMNR. The results indicated that the synthetic was right. And the yield of methacetin-methoxy-13C was 70.0% with 99% 13C abundance and 99.8% purity. Compared with the classical method, there was more benefit. The methacetin 13C-breath test was performed with the synthetic on the live mice, which showed a precise reflection of alteration of liver function in liver injury and functional recovery.
