摘要: 简单介绍了特殊核材料铀、钚同位素丰度测定在核材料管理和衡算中的作用 ;着重描述了 γ能谱法测定铀、钚同位素丰度的原理和实验方法。实验结果表明 ,使用高分辨率的高纯锗探测器 ,γ能谱法测定铀、钚同位素丰度的不确定度在 2 %以内

Abstract: ray spectrometry is a passive non destructive assay technology. It's very simple, fast and accurate in determining the isotopic abundance of uranium and plutonium. Accurate determination of isotopic abundance of U or Pu is very important for material control and accountability. The principle of γ ray isotopic analysis in determining abundance of U and Pu is emphasized.The methods and results of the measurement are also presented. The results indicate that the isotopic abundance in the sample can be determined within 2% error using a HPGe system.
